About AllyNetwork
What is AllyNetwork?
DHTI created AllyNetwork project with funding by an innovation technology grant from Alameda County Behavioral Health Services/Mental Health Services Act. Our AllyNetwork web-application provides mental wellness resources and referral system by connecting newcomers to community, trauma-informed support and resources. We want our newcomers to stay healthy and thrive!
Our Goal
Increase access to and use of mental health and wellness services for immigrants, refugees, and asylees, and immigrant youth, through a web-based app that provides a listing of bilingual/bicultural mental health and wellness professionals and resources for trauma-informed support and resources.
The on-line platform offers a searchable database to find pro-bono (free), low-cost, and County-funded bilingual and bicultural mental health providers, both from the public and private sector.

“...As a UELP-funded program serving immigrants, asylees and refugee communities in Alameda County we have been really excited about this new resource list. We had someone present on this briefly during our program county meeting last month."
Suphain Htaung,
Executive Director, Diversity in Health Training Institute
“Mental health is just as important as physical health. Normalizing mental health conversations creates a safe place to talk and empower people to get the help they need.”
